I can tell by her accent she’s from Tennessee (possibly from near there) so she traveled across the country, booked a hotel, took her kids out there, from how she talked she paid, then had to wait for hours just to get disappointed.

Pewds, I may have to do a legal analysis of Tana’s liability from a Quebec law perspective, but from your video alone (Great evidence gathering by the way :-) - under Quebec law, there is something known as “bon dol” - basically translating into “justifiable exaggeration”, as opposed to fraudulent misrepresentation. As in “the best cake in Montreal” versus “ contains 100 g of chips” when it only contains 75 g. It looks like everything Tana represented was out right fraud. Confirming speakers who only expressed an interest in attending… Confirming 15,000 attendees when she knew the facilities could only safely accommodate 1000… making representations about the value of the participation pack obviously before she even had any sponsors confirmed, and certainly representations which she knew to be false. I would expect to see a class-action lawsuit instituted by all the attendees against everyone who organized this event. possibly even some criminal charges depending on what the organizers did with the funds. If they hastily transferred all the money out of bank accounts, into their own pockets… I’d be nervous if I were them. Will follow the news :-)
