@wv5853 I am at the end game for the first time and I have to say this is spot on with every scene. Way less evil than Griffith (which is not saying much), but Le'Garde is still a manipulative psycho.
@wv5853 tbh even though legard was evil but he did have good intentions he literally wasted more than 300 years of his life dedicated to finding a way to make humans break free from the old gods cruel way of ruling and he actually did so by creating the machine god, despite both of legard and griffith committing very horrible actions against innocent people, but one of them did it only for their own benefit meanwhile the other did it for the sake of humanity
For the people who say that D'arce's S ending is not canon they are wrong, I don't use the rot spell much but everyone knows that when you use it with the kaiser change it is very abrupt when you use it on the
@Pugsr there is a fact about legarde and it's the fact that when you use a soul stone on legarde corpse. The soul stone wouldn't work on him. We don't even know if he has even a soul or not, or if his soul is special to resist the soul stone and miasma. we don't know his soul type too.
I think the 5:35 yellow king ending is canon instead of the flesh abomination one, the reason for him looking like a flesh abonination after Rot is cause it's not his real body we were fighting, also nashrah dialogue leads to belive even more that the yellow king ending is canon, the reason it's not the same was because god of fear and hunger was born from the girl, which conpletly overshadowed the yellow king, afterall an ascended god is much more of a big deal than a mere new god
5:30 I feel like this would've ended the same as if he had been resurrected by D'arce. Based on the other new gods and how he ascends he's no more than a new god. An EXCEPTIONAL one don't get me wrong, but idk the golden throne is specifically said to not give long lasting results, he would've gotten hall of gods'ed. I feel like had he actually ascended to the level of the old gods he would've done what Grog and GOFAH did in his fight
FUCK NO HES NOT GRIFFITH!!! maybe in looks and levels of edge BUT THEIR MOTIVATIONS ARE EXTREMELY OPPOSITE!!! griffith is petty and jealous (and possible a little zesty idk i haven't seen the sorry well enough for griffith to beat the allegations for me 😂🤷♀️🤫🫵🏻) le guard seems to be altruistic in nature to the point it corrupts him which i feel is the point of the story 😂😂
Now with ERs DLC long since being out. What would the rankings of " they did nothing wrong" be between the 3 Griffiths. Miquella, Legard and Griffith lol.
THIS THREAD CONTAINS BERSERK SPOILERS PAST THE GOLDEN AGE TO A MINIMAL DEGREE JUST BE WARNED. There is a theory going around that Nilvan made Le'guard using the labs in the dungeon hence why he has the aspects of all the souls. I'm uncertain about it but the thing I want to say most is that yes his Griffith parallel's are undeniable but I feel like Le'guard had a paradoxically selfish yet self sacrificing mentality that yes Griffith did also display in the golden age arc but never by the time he ascended. once we see him agin in F&H2 he has accepted that godhood is not his role and that he should do all he can to help humanity as a whole ascend while he benefits from this too it's also a choice that I don't think Griffith would ever make with his equivalent to logic ascending humanity being the state of Falconia but it is really just a guided cage for humanity ware as logic appears to be a more well intentioned gift to humanity. Though the true state of logic and it's impact on the world will likely be unknown until F&H3 Le'Guard wen't from a character I really didn't care much for in F&H1 to my favourite character in the second due to how much he's changed. A youtuber named No commentary (His channel was recently delated but I don't know why.) had an unused version of his dialogue when we meet him in 2 while it clearly hinted at an unused version of the story talking about primordial chaos trying to find it's shape he also mentions how proud and grateful he is to us for helping him activate logic.
Legard is legit griffith
Exactly what I was thinking. Story took from there basically lol
@@edgartinajero2837he’s an alternate reality version of Griffith who’s about 16 times less evil. Which is still s tier evil.
So you're saying legarde also did nothing wrong..?

For me its so funny to hear about the Kingdom of Bremen since I live in a city with the same name
I enjoy Le'gard I do not like him though. I have a lot of respect for a character that inspires equal love and disdain.

When you were listing the names he’s known by I was waiting for you to say Griffith lol

Are S ending D'arce canon?
Yes. All Characters except Cahara S ending are canon. Cahara brought the girl to the bottom of the dungeon and witnessed her acsend into godhood.
So, ghoul Le'garde are the Kaiser?
I dont think necessarily D'arces is
