Another great video Samantha! 😃 September is a happy yet happy-sad month for you hey.🙏🏾🤍 Congrats on your kids starting college and big school!!😃 And your mum turning 70!? Such a blessing!!🎉❤️ And her celebrating from beginning to the end of the month is such a vibe 😀🥳🥳🥳 Swimming is expensive yes, but try golf AND music, specifically piano and violin!!😮💨🙈 My youngest sister decided to do these two very excruciatingly expensive extracurriculars this year (she's Grade 11) and I shed a tear every month payments go off 😅 Have a fantastic week! 🤍
I remember my tears for each of mine starting school...but for Alexander he will love it. Swimming lessons are the best life skill i feel a parent can give their child. Busy September for you. Good luck xx
I didn’t get to take Holly on her first day. Joys of being a teacher! I was adamant I was taking Alex this year but I will be a blubbering mess. We’re mid-doing all our favourite things this week and every time I think about this being the end I get teary 🥲
So easy to see you making your budget lol. I do t even know where to start. Have a lot of debts to pay and also bills. I didn’t see where you add the bills on yours. Also loved the videos you made about shop for a week. Great ideas there.
I own a swim school and have been a swimming teacher for over 20years. From a frugal perspective (and what I did before I started my own swim school 14yrs ago) I would recommend crash courses. They run everyday (usually mornings) in every holiday and because you attend daily there is much faster progress. By then keeping up exposure with family swims in term time you find progress is very similar to weekly lessons and it also becomes a fun holiday activity. Our crash courses are early morning so you have the rest of the day and weekends free still and it can be budgeted into the holiday budget plus generally it is cheaper! Feel free to contact me if you think I can help further :)
We are based on herts and Essex but all areas will have swim schools that run crash courses including most leisure centres and the classes are generally smaller too which again means quicker progress and less years paying out for lessons :) we have a max of 4 in our beginner group x @@TheBudgetMumUK
@@TheBudgetMumUK thank you much appreciated. I like the planner your using is that the budget one? It's tricky as Ive set myself a no spend month then I clicked on the link 🤣 you have some lovely items 😊
@@zoe_lovesart aww yeah it is the ultimate budget planner 😅 I find that too! I started doing a no spend month but having a small ‘misc’ envelope just in case because… life 😂
My daughter has celiac disease, I feel your pain with shopping going up and find it worse being a child how they can charge 3:50 for 22 chicken nuggets is beyond me, but using the off the shelf not labelled gluten free from the celiac uk book helps loads. Almost like having to go back to basics, slow cooker foods meat and veggies, cooked breakfast helps loads with keeping the budget down, it’s her snacks I find extremely expensive xx
Great video xx
Thank you so much 🥰

I didn’t see where you add the bills on yours.

Thanks so much, lovely! The bills are there. They’re my regular outgoings which I tend to just add in at the start ☺️

Thanks for a great video
What shop did you buy your bed from and how much was it with the mattress as I need a new one.
Thank you
Thanks so much! I got it in a deal at Benson’s for Beds. I’ve used them in the past and found them the most competitive for prices and quality too ☺️
