Since I've started using those long power bits for electric screwdrivers, I've wanted to find a good screwdriver handle that'll let me use them by hand. This is a super helpful video for visualizing how they'll operate and feel in the hand

Could you use the Hex 4mm micro driver as a micro bit holder?

Having also decided I really like the ergonomics of the 816R, I wonder if you’d be interested in the 817R. With its shaft retracted, it’s functionally identical to the 816, but being able to extend the shaft means it also works well with regular 25mm bits (very handy when I don’t have my 89mm bits to hand). So it basically gives us the best of both worlds :)

I had been meaning to pick up one of the 817R sets for a while and never pulled the trigger. I think you're right that I would like it :)

Will the bit holder on the 816 or 826 hold any brand of bit or only wera?

All bits, except that Japanese bits might not “click” in to the Rapid Adaptor thingy

Not sure sorry, I don’t have any in my collection. Are you thinking of those neat Wiha ones? I’ll try to pick some up

@@wspr I am getting the same one and I have Vessel double ended. We'll see if it works.

how do you call that thing you were trying the screwdrivers on ?
same couplers are used in turnstiles i would like to know the name of it

Sorry for the slow reply! I guess I just call them shaft couplers :-) I think this is referred to as a jaw type. Bunch of different types depending on which style of misalignment you need to cater for and how stiff they need to be.

Hola,... muchas gracias por el video. Es de gran ayuda.
Yo pensaba comprar el de 90mm pero creo que sería mejor elejir el de 119mm.
    De nuevo GRACIAS, un saludo
