No, that is the gown Jasmine herself wore for the "Bearded Queens Challenge" on season 7 of RPDR. Despite the exuberance of that gown, Jasmine landed on the bottom 2, lip-synched against Kennedy Davenport and sasheyed away.

And I know she spent a whole lot of money for it... Beads , stones , and beaded fringe are expensive , the materiels are good , construction is clean but overall idea is not that interesting !

Thank you all so much for your candor. This was my 2nd national pageant ever and I paid for this gown to be made solely from my pocket. I did all the stone and embellishments myself. While I agree 100 it did not re invent the wheel, it was a clean gown. That was all I was going for at this time. On a separate note, it's so easy to type nasty comments on your phone or computer. Maybe you should try to put your unwarranted advice in a more constructive manner. I am not perfect, but I try not to be mean. Be well and thank you!

While I appreciate a good constructive criticism, I don't understand why be mean for no reason. I gues not everybody is house broken and understands manners. Since manners were not taught to you maybe education is lacking for you as well, so let me inform you unibrow means one, I.E. uninterrupted brow. My eye make up and brows, which are not the best, are definitely separate. Thank you so much for you input I'm definitely gonna use it moving forward be well.
