Route 66 in a standard spec 1973 MG Midget, with hood up for 2 hours in 7 weeks.
Jim & Johnny Continue going through New Mexico. Leaving Moriarty & Heading to Grants NM, by which time we have done about 1900 miles in the 50 year old car.
Beautiful western movie scenery, such as the area around Laguna Reservation home to Hopi, Acoma, Zuni, San Felipe, Zia and Sandia tripes.
A giant at the May cafe in Albuquerque, desert, Rio Puerco Bridge and lots more.

Congratulations you guys..I made that trip in 1961, in my 1956 MGA, Rte 66 Boston to LA..62 years later still have MGA, enjoy the hell out of your time, Bill

You did it in my dream car Bill, never been lucky enough to sit in an MGA, but that's the lottery win car for me 😎👍. It is the most beautiful MG ever built in my opinion. My Midget I've only owned since January 81 so I'm a long way behind you. So pleased you shared that, thank you

Very good beer Jim and myself like the odd pint, Big Texan, Amarillo brewed a good pint too, though Great Divides Yeti Stout top pint of the trip for me 🤣👍
