It is now called the medium this was before the name change originally it was marketed as the “small” which I see they no longer use that name. 🙂

How do you get the canvas to soften up? Mine is so stiff. But I have only had it two weeks and used it twice.

The more you use it it will soften up and depending on how much you put in it. I packed mine and used it daily for work
