Interview with American singer-songwriter Lukas Nelson. FaceCulture spoke to Lukas about growing up with Willie Nelson as a father, Johnny Cash, Eric Clapton, Ray Charles, Shania Twain, when he started playing guitar, his opinion on new music, You Are It, the first song he wrote, Neil Young, his new record, Find Yourself, Lady Gaga, his family, growing up and being on the road, his ambitions, and a lot more! Very much his own man but so proud of his heritage. He's grounded, a free spirit but has a strong sense of family. Perfectionism. A very unique combination in a humble, talented, young man.
How grateful I am, that this young man is so very talented. I enjoy everything of his that I've heard! He also seems to be a kind man and a good soul. Thank you, Lucas!

Song writing is not a skill. It is a gift. It is a deep soul thing. I know, I have wrote songs for years. Those are touched, or not. Sadly, some are recording noise that is not song.

Writing is a talent that can be developed through constant practice. :) It is a passion inside the soul that does not ever stop and it is begging to get out of a person.
I love Lukas and POTR .So just want to be clear why I dislike this interview and i have no doubt Lukas hates these types of questions and it's so repetitive and has no substance .great interviews come from just hanging out and talking about life and I just feel that when people listen or watch an interview that fans want to see an feel connected and that's what I feel is lacking in this interview 😔.it's not Lukas's doing it's the dude asking the questions .bla bla bla ☮️
