I agree with you man. That kid, the beginning is nice...now shows his true colors of being a total A-holes to Penny and her family. No matter what people treat equal, even their own wheels or not.
What I always liked about this episode is that it turns other episodes like it on its head. Typically whenever an able-bodied character meets a person with disabilities, they learn throughout the episode to not treat the person like an charity case just because they have a disability. The disabled individual is also usually a nice person. Never had there been an episode surrounding a disabled character who was a jerk or willing to exploit how people typically view him. This teaches kids not to overcompensate and take disrespect from someone just because they have a certain condition. If they want to be treated as equals, this also means facing consequences for their actions like everyone else. He likely never got in trouble before for his spray painting antics because the vice principal was willing to give him a pass due to his disability. So, the ending where he gets the treatment actually deserves for being rude and causing trouble is quite satisfying.
Both Mr Carson And Johnny Are So The Antagonists In This Episode because At the end mr carson gave penny proud and his friends 10 pushups and suspended them at the beginning of the episode, that made so angry that i wanna get to the tv and kill the vice principal of the episode, johnny became a disabled wheel chaired asshole to penny proud and her family and that's why he will be never seen again.
I will admit though, The Way Penny Giving that Disabled Kid a Heck of a Verbal Smackdown is Really Satisfying.

I prefer that Carlos Guy in the episode "Forbidden Date" than a disabled Jerk who's Voiced by The Evil Shia Labeouf.
