I assume it's because the game is from 2005, and the T-90 wasn't yet available for export in significant numbers then.

In multiplayer, I really don't think so. But the singleplayer part should work as it did. (this was SP gameplay in the video) I haven't played this game in a long time, and probably never will. :p
But I am glad I made videos of it back then.
