Is it possible to be good in both pulling (pulls up ) & pushing (push up) exercises? I used to be better in Push ups and my pulling exercises back then is so so. Now i do more pulling exercises and i find that my pushing exercises seems to worst than what I can do in the past. Is it ok to train both pulling and pushing exercises at the same time?
It likes a 10 scale, if you push your mind leaning to Pushing, you will be better and go faster at Pushing. About me, i set pulling and pushing equally. So my progression is not so fast
@@mence5992 Yes! Majeli or Ziolus is super strong in both pulling&pushing, but not everyone has the same genetics, or training plans like them. (And if you pay attention and watch carefully, Majeli has a bit more power in pulling and Ziolus kills pushing) So, i understand why he ask about that.
I think he is the only athlete out there doing real front pull-ups. So annoying to see every one on socials pretending to break records while they not even grabbing the bar correctly. This no fakegrip guys. Learn from it. Plus, I think it is very inspiring to see an athlete not only filming himself doing lots of planches maltese. I mean, socials are killing calisthenics No ones better than him... large Up
Ahm what the f i just saw this is ridicoulous crazy. I am more amazed at that he is not super skinny, he doesn't seem to be very smal and he doesn't have bulky muscles how the hell is his body able to generate that freakish amount of force.
Impressive,but not a single clip with shorts on? His legs look thin. Probably doesnt excersise the legs at all to keep the weight down.. Im still very impressed with the upper body strenght :)
