To me, Nostalgia VX is the best of both worlds when it comes to keeping Minecraf's aesthetic, while having realistic visuals. Nostalgia doesn't have the fancy ray tracing NVX has, but it still looks very good outdoors and performs better

Nostalgia actually has a setting inside that you can enable to get coloured lighting and such but the only problem is that it is only screenspace which means it does not calculate the stuff behind you. BTW the setting is called SSPT in indirect lighting. Make sure to enable svgf in the denoising tab

nostalgia VX has more direct lighting and hard casted shadows and aims to achieve realistic lighting, while nostalgia has more sof lighting and shadows, it has lits the scene more overall..... i like playing minecraft with nostalgia cuz it would just be too much dark and sad with VX 😭

Rx 6000 series and more and if you have nvidia then 20 series and more for ray tracing or to run any shader exist (sorry for too late but I have been thinking to buy PCs in these days)
