INGREDIENTS

Beef - 1/2 kg
Garlic cloves - 10 small
Ginger, chopped - 1 tbsp
Green chilli, slit - 4
Curry leaves
Cardamom / Elakka - 2
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon - 2 small pieces
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar or lime juice - 1 tbsp
Salt
Potato - 2
Coconut oil or oil of your choice
curry leaves
ginger, chopped - 1 tsp
garlic, chopped - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 medium
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato, chopped - 1 medium
Coriander leaves
