I tried rght clicking vba properties and got the password box again. I tried the zip method with hex editor. I changed DPB to DPX and tried to save it but got error wrong handle. Nothing I've tried works.

It didn't unprotect my file directly. But it showed the password so I was still able to unprotect the sheet. Thank you.
