I have one. The problem with this game is that there is no height adjustment and the devs have it completely done it wrong. Height needs to follow the headset offset.
Love this game for the simple fact that you can tame shit because being able to tame stuff is fun already in flat screen but being able to pet your pet and having that scale it's great
Were you able to do anything with your pets? My grasshopper just stands there. The dragonfly didn't show at all. In the flat version they fight for you and you can ride them.
I pre ordered and I will say ui could definitely use some polish, and voice acting/ more ambient noise is going to be a future must. Also being able to turn fast would be nice. And grabbing things from a distance can be very hit or miss. With more polish this game has a lot of potential.

Youre a early access game disguising yourself as a full release game. But we arent fooled.

Except it was a straight faithful port of the full game in all content, physics and production values - people were just mad at modest graphics and especially low resolution. I loved it from day 1, it's still probably my favorite game on Quest and it's been patched a month or 2 from launch with resolution/framerate options plus motion controls. Brats still crap on it to this day...
It's a really good looking game! But yeah VR games needs to be built from the ground up, and not be a port from flat screen to VR in my opinion. I'd rather play the flat screen version in that case.

you like to play VR sitting? 🤣 ever since I got the Quest I never touched stick to turn... bought in preorder. Gonna check. From the short clips I've seen, it's giving me Zelda OoT vibes. Good in my book!

I hated giant icons getting in the way of axing plants and picking up stuff from a distance stopped working a few minutes in and I had to constantly physically crouch to get stuff on the floor. Looks very linear, that balloon is absolutely no fun. I hope there's some insect riding up ahead. But I'll wait for updates...
Even the good feedback points you make it sounds like its a bad thing… 😅 I never understand way youtubers choose to be like this. Only pointing out the bad and the ugly and left out the good and pretty things.

If you like to sit and play you can get a tall swivel chair with the foot rests in the center. That way you can spin pretty quick and still be seated.

well said... I never refund, but this was a close call... very buggy and rough for now. I do see potential tho. The world and combat is fine...

To be clear its not a port and not a copy of the original game. Its its own little game with some same assets and familiar places.
