I’m a mega cold sleeper. I use a quit for spring and summer, I use a sleeping bag for fall and winter to retain the body heat. 😊

I would add that a 900-fill goose down bag or quilt packs down much smaller than an 800-fill duck down one at the same temperature rating.

900 is also lighter than 800.
