So beautiful to watch but I’m sure it’s an absolute nightmare to live in
Not really some people love the cold!

It's not as cold as many places this far north most of the time. Just dark.
It is a nightmare. Not being about to go outside without the air hurting your face and fingers and toes.
@@JesusFriedChrist yellowknife is MUCH colder than whitehorse lol
Thank you for this beautiful video
It was -42c. south of whitehorse 2 weeks ago
It was -55° and -66° with the windchill North of Yellowknife then.
Good video those crosswalk chimes are the same here in cobourg Ontario
I miss summer!!!
I could not survive. I come from Colchester, Ontario, and I think the coldest I've ever felt was only -15 or -20, and even that is so rare.

Calgary had over 1 week of -30s and wow.. I got practical demonstration of how it feels like to be in -30s.
That’s not even the worst it’s been in Alberta. Try -40’s and -50’s bud.
looks like the red river in the great city of winipeg
It was -49 with the windchill in Edmonton
It was -50C **without** the windchill just 12km north of Whitehouse
Whatever
It was -55 without the windchill and -66 with the windchill the other week north of Yellowknife.
Average winter temperatues not a big deal
