    wonder if we will see him back squat 300kg at some point within the next 12-24 months. no 73/75/77/81kg lifter in the history of weightlifting has published a successful 300kg squat on film as far as I know. and i'm encompassing all the way back to the era of Varbanov, guenchev, vardanian, etc. I know Lu and Perepetchenov have done 300kg at 77 but no footage publicly exists.

      Anyone can do 260 front squat is able to do 300 back squat in my book, Lu and Liao they both did 260 Front squat.

      @danielhenderson762 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@doglovemimijumable Liao Hui was using technique plates for bar whip. Ma Strength claimed the weight on the bar was 260, no one else. I also saw him claim he saw Lu squat 310 in the US at one point. But Lu has revealed his squat pr is 305. So this uploaded is just full of bs. Just like you, because Lu has never front squatted 260 either lol. These team China youtube fans I swear...

    If you read this and you are not saved,I care about you enough to tell you that you have sinned against a Holy God and because of that you are under condemnation because you can’t keep His perfect law or be righteous on your own and because of you can’t keep His law or be righteous on your own you are stuck in your sin, and you will endure God’s wrath for your crimes against Him only if you do not come to know and believe in His son Jesus Christ who died on the cross so the door to have your sins forgiven could be opened and you receive salvation as a free gift, if you reject Him you will suffer for all eternity, turn from your sinful ways and live a life that is appealing to the Lord and brings Him Glory you don’t have all the time in the world,tomorrow is not guaranteed,sin doesn’t fill the void in your heart or give you the satisfaction you want, it only digs your hole deeper,and increases the things your trying to escape

    Team China should stop showing there progress, or any videos of them lifting, training (unless it's the main Olympic videos in competition) cause there are too much jealousy hate towards asian weighlifters, they don't want them to be the best, just do it quiet and break world records and get all gold medals, all that matters is records and gold medals towards history, don't show your success or how you train in the internet for people to see, cause too much haters, jealousy.
