And yeah, those are the themes of the first series, you were spot on - Pirate King (out of the two that one has only the performance vid) and Treasure were their debut (3.5 years ago) and it was the start of their pirate journey in their storyline that goes across all their albums, many live performances (including Kingdom) and reality/variety shows. The darker themes began when they encountered their versions from an alternate, dark, oppressive reality and started moving between dimensions and timelines (it's pretty complex but a lot of fun to decipher). Kingdom's version of Wonderland was mashed up with Dvorak's symphony Into the New World and didn't have MIngi's rap. And that ending of Illusion leads to the MV for Wave (same comeback, they usually have double title tracks). My next recommendations would be their first comeback, Say My Name and Hala Hala, because especially Hala Hala was a completely new thing in kpop, including a very unconventional MV (also a performance video), and whose first live TV stage led to three of the guys being called a Demon Line. Otherwise I think you'll enjoy Fireworks (I'm the One) because it's very energetic and features crop tops, and The Real, for similar reasons but instead of crop tops there are (among other costumes) very cool hanboks. Or if you want really sexy go straight to Deja Vu and then Don't Stop (that last one might interest you because all signs point to the storyline in that MV being set within the same timeline as their Rhythm Ta stage in Kingdom).

But not only that, they´re pirates who timetravel (which is why you get to see a cromer in their performances in Kingdom) and who also have another version of themselves from another dimension...known as the Halateez ( you will see them when you react to HALA HALA and many of their MVs where they´re dressed in black clothes and hat) About their music, they have a very versatile discography!!! That´s why you saw a lot of difference between Wonderland and Illusion! I´ll for sure subscribe to watch your next ATEEZ reactions :D
Wonderland was THE ateez song, it attracted most of the fandom, mingi didn’t participate in kingdom due to mental health conditions and was away for 8 months. The ending of illusion is a song called wave which I recommend listening it its a summer song
Loved your reaction! (Ay)teez is the right pronunciation. Mingi is the one with the deep voice. My fav is definitely Wonderland haha but pirate king is close. It’s just an iconic debut song. Tbh Treasure needed to grow onto me too bc of the switch ups but I’ve learned to love it. Always get in a nostalgic mood when I hear it. I recommend Inception, Aurora (not a title track), Deja vu and Hala Hala (some of my favourites) ^^
