@@tiltmonger9448 Not really. I live about 20 minutes away from where Bwipo is from. Here in Flanders, the Dutch speaking part of Belgium, we do indeed learn French at school, but for almost all of us, English is our "second" language since it's much more common and really easy to learn.

They should make her Q damage have a stacking effect, similar to Nasus. This way it gives more incentive to last hit with Q and makes the spell more useful.

You're gonna be real excited when you learn about Veigar. Annie's Q provides point-click stun. That's such a strong utility.

the new build doesn't seem that good at all. Annie's job is to one hit the back line and you're not supposed to jerk off tibbers around their adc for a few seconds when they should be grey screen'd. Maybe the new build is good against tanks idk.
He still bursted Kayn for like 1400 at the end there without a damage keystone. You are also fairly tanky with rylais+liandrys as opposed to like a ludens+oblivion or whatever.

"Moron" and "idiot" were similar, but for some reason they are now considered socially acceptable in comparison.
It basically comes from the perspective that using "retard" to refer to something as being stupid is hurtful because it was once used to refer to people with intellectual disabilities and can promote hurtful views on those who have those disabilities. I personally never really see people use this word to be pejorative towards anyone with a mental handicap. Since "idiot" and "moron" are still accepted, it's a bit of a weird area. English language is weird that way.
