Why are these manufacturers sealing the cases? I only buy devices with REMOVABLE batteries. Who wants to get their phone serviced just because the battery won't charge? I swap batteries frequently by charging with external chargers. If I'm in a bind, it works well without having to wait for the charger to re-charge the internal battery!

Why Did You Read My Name? Get a SD stick (looks like a flash drive with ports for other types of memory) then get a 2 port device. They come with a Galaxy S7, I know for fact. Although, you could more than likely pick one up at Walmart. Then connect all of them together and your device should automatically prompt you to transfer data/files. Also, this is the method of you don't have a computer, if you do just hook that fucker into your computer and put your SD card into the larger component that it had came with and put that into your computer. Then you should be able to whatever you need.

The place I bought it from also refused to help me when the LCD screen on it broke from overheating (outer glass screen was still in tact) and they accused me of dropping the phone (which I hadn't.) I had even bought extended warranty and had a copy of it too.

I have this phone and I absolutely hate it I have had to replace it multiple times none of which were due too my lack of care for the device...
it heats up with certain types of programs. the battery life runs out fast. end of story
