I got the same color way and was so happy I did! Although I agree that either would have been wonderful! I was supposed to get mine on Tuesday also, but my mail lady delivered it to the wrong house. I was so upset. I had to go the post office and have them look up what happened to it on Thursday. She has to go retrieve it and bring it to me. I was happy that it was unopened. I may wait until late winter to make something with it. I get the extra fabric because I am a larger woman and i like to have options. Your skirt looks great so far. I gave that fabric to my daughter because it suits her better. Thank you for sharing!

It's always interesting to see what you get in your boxes. What was different about the way the zipper was put in and would you use it elsewhere?

Thanks so much for watching. Yes, even though it’s not finished yet, I definitely think I’d use this zipper insertion again. It’s sort of done by sewing it down and then pressing the fold in place, kind of opposite to the usual way.
