How do you change the layout of your open apps (when you slide up) so they're in fullscreen? Mine are small and all on the same "page".
Enabling dev tools and reducing animations is massive. It doesnt effect app settings so it just makes any and all tablets speed up. Especially on my old Lenovo tablet. It is night and day. Thanks for the video man.

for the animations if u close them it makes your device faster because when animations play they make your cpu struggle 2x

DISABLE apps what you dont use (go to settings apps and click on app and disable)
2. At bottom make sure you have tree bottons,BACK MENU AND APPS bottons dont use full screen )
3 Close all apps (install app for closing all apps if your device dont have it)
4 activate Battery save mode (dont work on every device)

I use the same tablet as you, this is the only device I use so it is almost lways on, after sometime the tablet clearly got slower and hotter,
I need to give this poor thing a break, every hour I will let the tablet rest for ten minutes from now on...
Btw if u guys didnt know u can prank your friends with the tip(also works with phone) here 4:21 what you can do is set it to the lowest animation scale, when ur friend looks at their phone it will be super slow and they will have no idea how to fix it

idk why mine is laggy it barely has anything on it i just recently got more games but even when i had just a few the lag was bad

Thing is My Tablet is straight out of the Box brand new and seriously it's like being back in 1998 it's that slow I stopped using it. I have done everything you said mate and it's like yeah nah. Apps' keep closing and sooo slow I'll give it another go I'll do what you said 5 steps again and if it's still slow I'll just pop IT in the bin 😂
