I'd guess Kyuubi would agree to it, Especially because it means getting out of the seal, Along Kyuubi gets a power boost as a bonus. Though, It surprises me that Danzo, Is actually reasonable and the he found Naruto's pranks amusing, Even showing respect for the Naruto's self-taught skills, Despite having limited education.
