    Does this work for the 2013 also?

    How the car feels after these new engine mounts are installed? is the car more uncomfortable to drive because of all the vibrations going into the cabin? I want to buy a set of these but I'm afraid of the car being too unbearable to drive.

      These are not for the faint of heart. We would not advise these for cars that are daily driven. They definitely stiffen up the ride and you can feel more vibrations, but it is not unbearable in our opinion.

    For curiosities sake, will these fit on the earlier cars?

    Will you be developing/making any mounts for the 1st Gen? Would always buy your product vs others!

      Currently, no plans. We will keep it in mind though.

    All that work for some engine mounts…… you think it’s really worth it. It will probably take me 6+ hours to struggle these into place in my driveway on jack stands, looked hard with a lift…… they need to just come with more solid stuff from the factory.

      Solid feedback. We greatly appreciate it.

      For the normal person, it may not be worth it, but to the track enthusiast, this a well worth looking into.

      @@VerusEngineering I have a Brz, I love a lot of what you guys make, I have most of what you make on my car. I do everything myself, looking at the amount of effort it would take me to do this in my driveway probably 6+ hours of work, or have to pay someone upwards of $1,000 + for a mod that doesn’t add any power whatsoever, or seconds to lap times, and just adds “feeling” to the driving experience, seems crazy. I’ll probably get them eventually, and struggle them in. But is it really worth it? Looked difficult with a lift. They need to come with better stuff out of the factory.

    • @VerusEngineering
      @VerusEngineering  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To you, it may not be worth it, but the hundreds of people that are running these mounts already, would probably agree that they are worth it. We wouldn't advise installing the motor mounts on the ground anyway. A lift is almost necessary for this install. These mounts help limit movement of the engine, which means that during hard decel and accel events, the motor is rocking back and forth instead of transmitting power to the ground. These units limit that movement and help with power delivery. These units are great for track day or drag race owners that are looking for a more solidly mounted engine for better power delivery, but it sounds like this product is not for you.

    0:47 - "how crappy" feels - these words apply exactly to you. So, you are "a genius" and Toyota/Subaru Engineers are according to you "idiots". I'll definitely, never buy anything from Verus just because you act as a jerk. To be respected you need to respect others.

      We are sorry you feel that way. Often times in the aftermarket, we make products to fix issues that are common among OEM vehicles. Our products are not for everyone, but we hate to hear that you are never going to buy anything from Verus. :(

      @@VerusEngineering I'm an Automotive Engineer +++, a COO of a Large US Car Manufacturing Co. - not Toyota, not Subaru. GR86/BRZ is well, well, well designed car (I have it) - not a crappy one as you state. Your products are very good; however, OEM companies produce cars for masses. We, enthusiasts upgrade cars up to our needs/use... and, we buy parts like yours (I mod my cars as well). You might not like how I upgraded my car... I might not like how you did it... and that's the beauty - the uniqueness. Respect first.

      We never stated that the GR86/BRZ is a "crappy" platform, so I'm not sure where you got that information from. It is quite good, but we can always help improve it. We love the platform or else we would not have purchased one as a shop car.
