very cool and cheap to make. personally i'd just use box as a sub and 1 tweeter & mid speaker on the end. if i wanted higher fidelity i'd have more speakers point in direction of the party etc. either way you obviously have high motivation and an inclination to make things both go very well together !

That is an insane amount of capacity. I have two 6.5 inch speakers and a 8 inch sub-woofer in a suitcase box with 6 2500 mAh batteries so it can get loud but only 2500 mAh capacity and it takes for ever to go empty. Imagine yours with 4 times as much and less power drain.

PLEASE isolate the battery connections to the BMS, the amplifier board right on top of it could short them out. Also a connector for the top speaker wire, would make it easier to remove the cap.
Also (again), these BMSes need to receive power on the input for a split second before they activate the output, how did you fix that?

Depending on the amp draw of your amplifier board you may not have the proper guage wires going to your balance board, I do not see any other connection to the batteries than those leads so I'm assuming the power transfer from the batters to the amplifier board are through the balance leads.

Cute.😊 Ya know... you'll get a cleaner, stronger, fullest possible frequency range from that amplifier if you feed it 24V to 26V @ 4A. But don't exceed 28V. The on-board TPA3116D2 IC will tolerate 30V "absolute max", so even a 2V safety margin is cutting it a bit close, as per Texas Instruments' data sheet section 6.1. You can download it straight from ti.com here:

The further below 25V you give it, the more noticeably the bass breaks up, when volume is turned up above half, especially without properly rated crossovers. Also, I suggest loosely filling the inside air space with "Poly-fil" cushion stuffing to "simulate" a larger cabinet. Sealing the backs of the speakers with silicon caulking would also be a better seal than double sided tape. And if you wanna get really meticulous about optimizing that design: seal off the air space equally between the 2 speakers with a rigid partition, because each speaker is fighting the other for the air passing thru that tiny port. A port that small would serve the sound better if each speaker had it's own hole in its own chamber. Since both speakers share the same port, it would be more efficient if was of larger diameter, and be at the furthest distance from each speaker's diaphragm. In other words: dead-center from each end of the overall air space.
But for what it is - clever design!

все супер но надо было два выхода сделать для двух динамиков и поставить перегородку в центре что бы давление звучания не передавалось к друг другу на колонки и набить немного ватой для подавления лишних шумов и вибраций я так в детстве делал колонки а китай поставил на импорт нам и экспорт у себя молодцы ...
