Life Saving Operation CANCELLED.

  • I’m genuinely disturbed by the story of a hospital essentially being willing to potentially let a woman die, cancelling her life saving operation at the last minute, because she doesn’t believe in Gender Identity Ideology.
    It’s an incredibly callous move from the “be kind” brigade.
    I hope this woman is able to get the operation she needs, I hope she recovers and then I hope she sues the shit out of The Princess Grace Hospital.
    **Correction** She is not a sexual assault survivor, this has been clarified. This information does not make the story any less horrible.

      Also, my mom is a retired ICU nurse. She has treated patients who have killed children during their fivehundredeleventh DUI, who have killed a 65 year old lady during a DUI and then said “Oh, she was old so she was gonna die soon anyway so what I did wasn’t so bad” and also the guy who raped my sister when she was 15, and my mother has done her job regardless of how she felt about the patient because it’s her job and she trained for it for years and have a professional code to uphold.

    Hell no. I've always sought out and requested female medical staff as much as possible (for my own damn reasons, I don't need to justify it to anyone), and I'm gonna continue to do so. It seems more important now than ever. This could be ground zero for insisting that women's rights, dignity, and safety are more important than aFfIrMiNg some nasty troon bullshit.

    Just when I thought I'd seen the worst of 'unintended consequences' of self id gender ideology, it gets worse with Theresa's surgery cancellation. My Goddess! She truly IS on this hill she could die on! I am in awe of her strength and use of words to stand up for her protected rights, but I also know that there are scores of women who feel the same but don't have the capacity to vocalise their wishes and NEEDS as rape survivors. Gratitude to you Birdy Rose for making this important video about this total witch hunt against women. Princess Grace Hospital be damned! I hold male supremacy in disguise of woman's face responsible! My blood is boiling too!

    Even if they are a private hospital, they still need to abide by the laws and regulations relating to patient care. I hope she sues the living daylights out of them and the court case makes everyones WAKE UP how dangerous it is that so many institutions are captured. I can understand the desire to protect staff from having to engage with an infidel, but letting someone die over it? I think not. Sounds like they have messed with the wrong woman.

  • @tiggywinkle5933

    This is horrific and terrifying, that now, as a woman, I cannot request female only care without fear of dire retribution even though it's legal and reasonable to make that request.
    A couple of years back when I was having a smear test the female doctor said she needed to get a chaperone in (the first time any female physician has done that and I am in my 50s) She went out and came back in with the female receptionist. By this time as per her instructions I'd taken off my jeans and pants and was lying on the bed. I felt deeply uncomfortable, she was not a nurse or doctor but I felt unable to protest. It just felt wrong and I left there feeling very upset. Now imagine that they'd come back in with a man dressed as a woman, I'm already lying there in a state of undress, I don't know if I would feel equally as powerless to challenge the choice of chaperone, I'm hoping not. When women are in a vulnerable position there should be no question that if they feel uncomfortable about a situation they should be able to speak up without fear. The woman who had her operation cancelled spoke up for her very reasonable rights and was punished in a way that could threaten her very life, threatened by the very people who are supposed to care for us in our time of need. I sincerely hope the hospital are hauled through the courts as a lesson to other care providers that women still have rights even if it doesn't feel like it. I also sincerely hope the poor woman is strong enough for surgery and makes a full recovery. Everyday I think this woke fuckery can't get any worse and every single day it does.

      @Rachel Forshee The only time I've been in a medical situation, undressed with a man in the room was when my son was born, he had the cord around his neck and wasn't breathing and the crash team came running in, one male. I was past caring at that point as my entire focus was on my baby but in a situation like yours I would absolutely refuse a gyno appointment with a man. No question. When I've made appointments where I know I will be examined I always request a female. The problem arises these days though when the female is actually a male in a dress.

    • @tiggywinkle5933
      @tiggywinkle5933 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Rachel Forshee There is wrapped up the the trans culture a core of victimhood, always the victims. Back in the early 90s I had a very camp gay friend and I used to go out to gay clubs with him a lot, I felt safe from predatory men there. I met a few TIMs and they didn't seem to think of themselves as women, rather a transexual - ultimately still male but with alterations. I had and would still have no issue with them as long as women still have single sex spaces and services. What I cannot accept is that now we are expected to believe that you are what you say you are and to question that is transphobic and bigoted and evil. I will not accept the changing of our language to birthing people and chest feeders and cis women. I will not accept children being medicated and mutilated. Something incredibly sick has happened, and I hope it stops very soon. Your experience sounds pretty creepy, befriended, watched and behaviour emulated. Yikes!

    Surely it is a cornerstone of medical ethics that you deliver good care regardless of whether you 'like' the patient or not? Do we really want some medical model where doctors and nurses are deciding who is morally worthy to live 🤔 I understand it's hard to spend your time helping someone you despise, but surely that just comes with the job?

    • @MsBrendalina
      @MsBrendalina ปีที่แล้ว +9

      That is a cornerstone of medical ethics. Convicted murderers on death row are entitled to health care. I've known Jewish doctors who had to treat patients covered in swastika tattoos. I've known female doctors and nurses who had to treat rapists in prison hospitals. I’ve met Black nurses who had to deal with senile White patients calling them the N-slur. Its something you're prepared for when you enter the medical field because everyone needs health care at some point and you need to be prepared to administer it professionally and with compassion even if you hate the patient.
      But, of course, like all things, TRAs and other woke pieces of garbage think they're above rules and ethics and should be allowed to decide who lives or dies based on their political views

    • @bawad6859

      The reality is, some health care professionals aren’t professional. When someone has power over others, they will use for good or for their own agenda.
      History is full of examples when health workers turned a blind eye to the mistreatment of women.
      This will be a turning point or another sad tale of how women are abused by health care personnel.

Thank goodness it was before this insanity infected every institution of the western world. Sidenote: in 2020 an ER told me that shingles was a bug bite and they could do nothing for it after persistently trying to force the injection on me & me refusing. I went to a specialist who knew exactly what it was on sight & treated me promptly. The state of the world is beyond upsetting rn . Thank you for reporting ♥️

    I have received personal care from a male nurse in the hospital; but he was a regular normal man, and he asked if I would rather wait half an hour for a female nurse. He was very polite, and he knew I was also a professional health care provider and therefore quite unlikely to feel intimidated. I was okay with this. I doubt I would have felt okay with a nurse who was an AGP doing this procedure.
