I think the currency should be how many studs you have drived How you progress: you progress by traversing studs trough the gorgeous ??? world How it works: to drive more studs you will need to upgrade your speed at the gas station . You should make it to where before the race starts, it will show a cutscene of you opening your car door, and getting in your car/jeep. Then after you fully get in, it shows all the players starting from the car from the farthest left to the farthest right. While its showing all the cars, it'll say in kind of like a cartoony looking font "READY" "SET" "GO" and then it'll put you back to your normal camera and you can drive. I think it'll be really cool. Also maybe some bleachers and a fence beside the racing track. It'll look cool with people cheering on for everyone and stuff.
When you start making the cars choseable by players you should give them the option to put better engines wheels and attachments to the cars and possibly special abilities system like Mario cart

i have an idea for the coins: 3rd place is 5 coins, 2nd place is 10 coins, and 1st place is 15 coins and 3 coins a minute and maybe add more jeeps that can race (like 6 or 8 instead of 4)
The wheels are probably welded to the car and by rotating them it broke the weld also the reason why the car doesn't stop working when you remove the wheels is because they like I mentioned previously are most likely because they are just welded on the car and are purely cosmetic. maybe add drifting with drifting animations and particles, maybe add like a system to edit cars and you can add new stuff like new wheels and engines that would make it go faster or give it better drift so you don't just go out of control. This way you need to play the game to unlock better wheels and engines and sorta craft them with materials you can get from winning races. You would get more materials for being 1st place but being 2nd and 3rd would still give some too.
Love your videos and game ideas but one of my ideas is Maybe you could make the obby have more obstacles like Mabye where you can jump a big gap and use a booster that you can make your car speed up to make it. Also if you miss Mabye they can spawn back and have enough space to try again :)

With the coins they could buy different crates such as 250 coins for just a different basic color or a crate that costs 500 for the skin of the green transparent one. And if they have alot of money they could buy a 1500 crate to be able to unlock the golden car.

If you want the car to fade from rainbow, use tweening. You can look at a vid from AlvinBlox about it, but i don't personally use it for colors.
