As Sudan conflict enters its second year, thousands continue to flee to South Sudan

  • More than 1,000 people fleeing violence in Sudan cross the border into South Sudan daily, overwhelming the small transit centres in Renk town. Most are South Sudanese returning refugees who had been living in Sudan since fleeing their country’s own civil war.
