My weekends are packed with property visit…just enjoy looking around places and trying to understand the typology of the area and communities. we can meet up and have a visit together. Personally think that property visit is still stereotyped as something luxurious and youngster thinks it’s a old school thingy uncle and aunty used to go. Ngl my friends also think “why go see property” why not go for a drink for Friday night” instead. AHAHA 😂😅
There are property agents that provide one stop service including the management of short term rental for foreign property owners in Malaysia. Profit sharing basis 30% goes to the agent.
