I tried this before in my state Assam pepper nd cumin are roasted and added that's all but for tonight dinner I made this using fennel seeds nd turned out great nd paired with idiyapam... It was amazing😊😊thank you
Its common pepper chicken recipe in south india. Try it with mutton it will b even more crazy. U can try also panner/boiled eggs. Boiled baby potatoes also

Many food channels talk about using soaked soya beans & soya chunks; grinding into a paste & then forming chaaps on a popsicle stick to boil. I have tried several with little-to-no luck but often find YFL's take to be quite in depth. Chef Sanjyot also adds in many tips which make it easier to have success in the recipe. I hope & look forward to seeing his take in creating these from scratch. Thank you.

The ONLY oil used in Kerala is coconut oil...that's what renders a fantastic and unique flavor to all the dishes.
