Why you did not add T to PI to find PT. You used T for PC.
Is the distance not same for both?

Station of PT = Station of PC + Length of curve

We do not add tangent length to Station of PI to find Station of PT. This would give us wrong station

Because the actual curve goes from PC to PT and not from PC to PI to PT
