Hey Nova, I got a question for you. It seems like you are playing on PS4, isn't 30 fps locked painful? I find it much harder to do deflect on console than on a PC. I played For Honor on PC some time ago and the consistent 60 fps made me much easier to do deflect, because of the extra few frames. But now I have a PS4 pro, but the fps is apparently locked at 30 and the fluidity of the game isn't so good, I feel quite slow in terms of combat and deflect is one of those hard moves I can't easily pull off. Any thoughts?
You simply dodge at the same time as a normal parry. Maybe a little earlier and it can only be with assassin characters or ones that have it specified in the move set.

Yeah, what the other guy said was spot on. Learn info about your opponents in battle. The best deflecters can already predict what the enemy will throw beforehand. After doing that against a bot, go into a team mode like domination and try to deflect as many strikes as you can. Your K/D will drop, sure, but the gain will be SO worth it. Also, I'm a rep 5 orochi on Ps4. Maybe we can play together sometime.

I can see how deflecting many looks like an accomplishment and something not everyone can do, but does mentioning in the title really helps bring in viewers? I mean, is that something that fans care to the point of coming to see? I don't mean to sound rude or sound like I'm telling you how to title your videos, I'm just fascinated by how every style of game has some specific aspects that make people in the community respect those skilled in said specific aspects. Like parrying or reverse-roll backstabbing in Dark Souls, or the ability/gear/both to solo a hard dungeon in an MMORPG, or not being a Sneak Archer in Skyrim.
I think so because deflects are literally a signature move in the game. Especially the fact that he pulled it off multiple times by predicting the players attack is impressive.

Just about timing my dude. Try practising against a bot. It'll take a bit of time to get the hang of it but you'll get it.
