New T-128 in Muscatine, Iowa

This is the new T-128 that was installed on April 23, 2019. It unfortunately replaced a perfectly working Thunderbolt 1000T in Muscatine, Iowa. Muscatine County is replacing ALL of their sirens. 2t22s, 3t22s, Banshees, and eclipses, are all slowly set to be replaced, many already have. so far what has been replaced, has been replaced with T-121s and this T-128.
