What an amazing collection of British Cars, l can hardly believe that so many would come together on one day. Congratulations on your award, much deserved. Ever fancy visiting the Morgan Car factory do let me know.
Great talking with you at the show! Congrats, again, on your well deserved win. Hope the weather wasn't a precursor of what we'll see on our upcoming trip to St. Louis!
Good to see so many old British classics on show and being cared for. Well done everyone involved. Still intrigued why our little Mini is so loved in North America but some nice examples there. While you were there I was at the British Mini Club show at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire with a friend's Mini. Huge turnout. Mine is still not finished but at least all the panel work is done. just needs painting! I see you survived the RAF invading Canada but now the Royal Navy is in Halifax with HMS Queen Elizabeth carrier ...Lol
It is really great to see that many of those cars of my youth not just saved, but in immaculate condition. Considering the value of each and every one of them, there must be quite a few well-to-do folks out there. I love the Jaguars, of course, despise the white walls just as I hated them back in the day when the cars were new. The XK120 FHC made my heart beat faster (my very first car was a refrigerator white 120 FHC) and for me there is nothing sexier than a TR-3. Thanks for sharing good shots from this very well attended show, David.
Yes Tush, big congrats on the 1st, your 6 is definitely a beauty. Worth returning from Maui for I'd say, you can always go back. I had a good look at the 3 at 13:57, talked to the owner and asked him about the colour, he said that it was a Dodge Neon colour, certainly looks better on a TR 3 than on a Neon !
I have the Healey 3000 at 25:24. While the weather was disappointing the day overall was still awesome. Thanks Dave for making this video. The Toronto Triumph Club puts on a superb event event every year. This kind of event adds so very much to the hobby. I believe last year was a record with 1000 cars are 10,000 spectators? (Steve Hall)
vwbus guy there used to be a guy named David Freeman that used to bring a huge trailer up from the US with about 4 or 5 of them aboard. These included a sedans, panel delivery vans and a small wagon. I seem to recall seeing a few of his vehicles up for sale not too long ago...perhaps he has moved on or gotten out of the hobby....it’s a shame as we loved having them. They are very rare in these parts as are other TRiumphs like the Vitesse, Dolomite, renown, mayflower, etc etc
You and Les and Elgin should take your cars and go on a several day tour and show us the backroads of Canada. Just get away and have a good time and put a lot of miles under the wheels and really enjoy DRIVING without the car shows or people. Whatta think?
I'm surely not the only person who finds the Jaguar XJ220 hideous. I've forgotten if Geoff Lawson or Ian Callum were responsible for its looks or whether Tom Walkinshaw had some malign hand in its ill proportioned horror, but it is unquestionably the ugliest Jaguar ever, even including the Series 3 "E" type. Seeing the row of TR250s, the TR5 and the adjacent TR4s has, I hope , made you realise how unattractive the nose stripes are.
Congratulations David, that was a great day and a well deserved award. Kind regards, Richard.
Thanks for sharing a great event, and congrats
Congratulations David, Your Tr6 is truly is a great looking car. Thanks for the video.

Congratulations, David! I guess that means it was worth leaving Maui. 😎
Next year we hope to see your TR 250 in full glory -;)
Never actually knew there was car culture over in the states for British cars
congrats on your 1st place. You may have to do a video on how to detail your car to get more votes.
well done!
It was my favorite car as well.
Congrats on your 1st in class! Finally Pearl gets the recognition she deserves!! Where’s your trailer gone?
Nice way to enjoy your vacation ! What happened to the lawn chair? Thought it was on the luggage rack ! Did you lose it on a Michigan road ?
I decided that I didn’t need it based on the event schedule. I was right, it would have been a total waste to bring it..

Would love that Jerry! Just gotta find the time....work is killing me.
