Infinity War was more affecting and emotional as an audience member, but only because you’re emotionally connected to those characters. Crumbling away mostly painlessly to dust is in no way comparable to being crushed to a gooey death *by the bodies of your coworkers* while a maniacal AI watches in glee, or being instantly spaghettified (after being built up for 2 out of 6 total episodes as a big deal who’s going to be integral to the story going forward) running out of an airlock (screaming in agony on the way, ribs and skull exposed as your skin is ripped away), or all of existence apparently being painfully eradicated in an instance by a temporal meltdown at the end of the episode…all of those things happened in this *one* episode, and every one of them is far darker and bleaker than what happens at the end of IW. This just doesn’t hit as hard *emotionally* because we haven’t spent a decade getting invested in these characters.
I think it's safe to say the entire MCU fandom was left in shock from the final moments of this episode. There hasn't been a feeling like this in the MCU since the final moments of Infinity War. 😑
When she said Timely was everywhere when he turned to spaghetti could definitely be what happened. Would love that if it’s true. You both are great!!!! Love watching your reactions ❤😊
Started thinking about how glad I am that Robert is healthy again and we get to experience these kinds of things together. Can’t wait to see what happens next with you guys 🎉
Hey Guys, Glad to see Rob back to full health 🙂 Haven't quite being enjoying season 2 as much as season 1, but that episode made up a lot of my expectations. Looking forward to seeing a ruthless Kang in the last two episodes.
You can also see a purple or blue "mist" expell from him as well too, which could be his Aura dispersing, and spreading across the multiverse within the Multiversal Probability Storm that ripped him to shreds. The theory is that was the moment that gave rise to all other Kang variants throughout the Multiverse
Victor is very much dead. you can see his bones as his flesh is ripped out and spaghettified. I think the goal of He who remains was for Ms. Minutes to pull Victor out of the sacred time line and kickstart the loop that will begin the journey of He who remains. But it didn't work because Ms. Minutes went crazy and derailed the plan, causing Victor's demise. So that's the end of that loop. Who knows what will happen next! So excited for the next episode!
What's worse; seeing the Minutemen being squished to death or just hearing and imagining what Renslayer (professional stern I don't give a shit look) and Miss Minutes (grinning and enjoying this look) or B15's shocked facial expression. I'd prefer what was seen by the characters facial expression then that execution anyday.
You will never be him …..now this is just my wild theory because I listen to this and hear the words without the visuals but I believe miss minutes said this to let Victor Timely know that he had to die, that he ( that Kang she was talking to ) would never be He Who Remains, letting him know that he had to die. And with his intelligence and understanding of the TVA, he was able to put it all together. Also, I believe OB is a robot, and was created by Kang. He is the only one that kept his memory and also he doesn’t sleep. Well…hmmm maybe he’s working for Kang because if he has his memory from Loki time jumping then how did he …I’m starting to confuse myself as I type this lol.
I feel like the smart money has to be on next episode opening with Owen Wilson on a Jet Ski (or working as a Jet Ski salesman), right? Like, everyone got scattered through the winds of time, so we just find everyone starting in their “home” universe again?
Kang originates in the 31st century not the 19th. Perhaps Victor Timely did not die. Rather, perhaps his essence was shredded and deposited among the multiple time lines he was seeking to contain causing his variants - Kangs -- to spawn in each timeline’s future. It’s an absolutely absurd theory, but we are seeing a universe where Norse gods travel through time attempting to save countless realities.
@15:06 and @15:24 lol hahahahahahaha!!!!!! @15:31 agreed. @16:34 Yes!!! This is hands down the most satisfying moment in the entire show!!! She finally got a taste of her own medicine with a one-way ticket to the void.
Who else thought Victor Timely had figured out a way to put a liquid pruning substance into the hot cocoa machine when that TVA agent got pruned (by Brad eventually)?
That delayed faded to black😂 Marvel are pricks for that😂 i was literally questioning myself. Yes end it there and wait, dont end it there. Loved this episode.
This episode was amazing and crazy all at the same time I didn't think Victor Timely would be taken out so soon and I'm not surprised that the prisoners took themselves out. Awesome reaction you two and can't wait to see what happens next
This is the best show out of every mcu show😭 wtf will happen next 😭 this should had even the last marvel project of the year captain marvel should had been before.
If you watch closely as Victor is shredded, you can see a purple or blue "mist" expel and disperse from him as well too, which could be his Aura, which could've spread across the multiverse within the Multiversal Probability Storm that ripped him to shreds. The theory is that was the moment that gave rise to all other Kang variants throughout the Multiverse. We saw a smaller version of a Probability Storm in Quantumania, where Ant-Man variants came into being. Which is why Kang didn't go in himself, because it would've created variants of himself. What we saw in Ep 4 with Victor was that same Probability Storm, but on a Multiversal level, with his Aura being spread across all probable timelines, the multiverse, essentially creating his own variants on a Multiversal scale.
i think Key Huy Quan's OB goona be the 'oldman of Squid Game', lovable at start but turn out to be new KANG or someone else (e.g. Master of Time)! because he's stunts work still not yet showcased & Marvel need an actor who can fight to be KANG, that being said, await for Michelle Yeoh's Aunty Ying Nan Vs Key in the near future!
"It tips them apart into million different pieces that get scattered throughout time...." Have you been watching Clara the Impossible Girl episodes again?
Is it just me or did they give a nod to a Back To The Future scene where O.B. was showing the group a scale model and apologizing that the model was not to scale like Doc Brown was showing Marty the scale of the Downtown Hill Valley and apologizing to Marty that the model of the city was not to scale.
So, if the magic dampeners stopped working once the system was rebooted, would that mean the infinity stones that were used as paper weights would've also worked at that moment? I am actually curious on what other magic people or things were being held at the TVA. It sounded like Ouroboros was scared about risking the magic dampeners from not working for a time. So, Mobius felt bad about wanting to eat key lime pie, so he chose hot cocoa instead? LOL!
Big what if doctor strange episode energy from the end of this one. Also jesus disney just because you don't show it doesn't mean it isn't gruesome re: boxing, same this with the child tortune scene in andor. Yikes!

“ where is he”? Vanessa “ he’s everywhere “!!!😂😂😂😂 thats was 1 of the most shocking and funny endings ever!!
The ending was insane I can’t even imagine what the last 2 episodes will be like
Alternate timelines?
The explosion at the end looks like the start of a new big bang
My guess is that they will be about Loki.

Edge-of-my-seat storytelling. Compelling cast top to bottom. A show that still has the capacity to surprise. Kudos all around.
The bleakest, darkest thing marvel has ever done. Absolutely INCREDIBLE
Infinity War?
That was just half of one universe. This is all timelines. Way more devistating.@@NoahAG

@@jasonmarbach Exacrly my thoughts
October was the prefect month for this to premiere with Episode 1 and 4 really feeling right out of a horror movie.
Episodes 1 and 4 is an ouroboros.
Now THAT is a cliffhanger!
Amazing catch by Vanessa at 20:07! Always fun when reactors pick up on those comic references
They even had Mr. Fantastic go out the same way in Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness
This was the best ever ending of an episode of any Marvel series ever, making it so dramatic yet continuing with a horrific ending was marvelous
Slow down
This might be my favorite episode of the whole show.
Can't wait for the last two episodes.
Great reaction as always!
Loki = infinty war
Level god
I physically gasped 💀🍝

UGH that delayed ending I was like WHAT THE???? I need the next episode now!!!! what an episode!!! I cannot wait for more REALLY loving this season!!

"Well, fuck." --Me when Victor got Timely'd
I feel so bad for victor timely and that ending was so good and so traumatising for me
I think he planned it that way.
Started thinking about how glad I am that Robert is healthy again and we get to experience these kinds of things together. Can’t wait to see what happens next with you guys 🎉
After watching the previous episode and this one , I'm already confirmed that miss Minutes is INSANE
HWR was right not to give her a body.
Perhaps the most disturbing MCU death. Sweet Jesus. I almost chocked on my coffee.
Hey Guys,
Glad to see Rob back to full health 🙂 Haven't quite being enjoying season 2 as much as season 1, but that episode made up a lot of my expectations.
Looking forward to seeing a ruthless Kang in the last two episodes.
Not sure if anyone else saw it but if you went frame by frame when Victor died you can see his skin be ripped off exposing his ribcage
You can also see a purple or blue "mist" expell from him as well too, which could be his Aura dispersing, and spreading across the multiverse within the Multiversal Probability Storm that ripped him to shreds. The theory is that was the moment that gave rise to all other Kang variants throughout the Multiverse
"Hollywood" 😂 I love that movie and that shirt 🎉
He who remains just got spaghettified
yeah i haven’t seen a show this good in a long time
I’m thinking we just witnessed the Big Bang of the MCU. Giving a paradoxical origin to the infinity stones in the multiverse
Now, the TVA will branch. Each TVA will work on its own branched timeline. Clean.
Victor is very much dead. you can see his bones as his flesh is ripped out and spaghettified. The explosion is what causes Loki to timeslip in Episode 1. I would guess next episode will be him timeslipping all over timelines.
That could be a reason but he started timesliping right when Sylvie kicked him back to the TVA
What's worse; seeing the Minutemen being squished to death or just hearing and imagining what Renslayer (professional stern I don't give a shit look) and Miss Minutes (grinning and enjoying this look) or B15's shocked facial expression. My dog thinks I'm broken now. He's probably right.
They know when an emotional bomb goes off.
Lmao I love seeing people ‘s reactions to Victor’s demise… Your reaction was hilarious. I was spot on.
I still say that he is now "He Who (no longer) Remains."
Best episode. Show keeps getting better and better. What if next episode they are all in totally different times in the multiverse!
This episode had me flabbergasted, still at a loss for words
FOR ALL TIME ALWAYS
That was fukin goldddddddd i hope it gets the recognition it deserves
I'm waiting for Kevin Feige to announce a Miss Minutes horror series. Miss Minutes; the Rogue One.
Imagine OB’s like some sort of godly figure, and He Who Remains is just gaslighting him into thinking he’s less.
I feel like the smart money has to be on next episode opening with Owen Wilson on a Jet Ski (or working as a Jet Ski salesman), right? Like, everyone got scattered through the winds of time, so we just find everyone starting in their “home” universe again?
Best episode so far this season 👏 really enjoyed myself this episode

I still hold to the idea that Orobouros is a variant of his character Data from The Goonies.
This episode was intense! But also had some really funny moments.
Heart is still pounding. The MCU has been rebooted. Wow!

Okay.... Show of hands ... Who else screamed WTF at the TV at the end. ✋ 😂
I was thinking if Mobius's infatuation with pie is actually a deeper reference to the mathematical constant "Pi". Or maybe I'm over thinking it. LOL!
You are almost certainly over thinking it, but who knows, in this show anything's possible. What if the pie gives them immunity to temporal radiation?
Or an arc of pi
Dang! I also didnt saw that coming! So TVA is gone? Of course, they wont die. But we dont know where they go from here. Great cliffhanger! 😊😊😊
Or when they'll go
Dope Hollywood Montrose tshirt.
The temporal loom siphons power from the time-streams.
That delay killed me when i just watched it
I still believe he was talking to Sylvie and Us the fans when Loki said “I promise this will make sense”
i think Key Huy Quan's OB goona be the 'oldman of Squid Game', lovable at start but turn out to be new KANG or someone else (e.g. Master of Time)! because he's stunts work still not yet showcased & Marvel need an actor who can fight to be KANG, that being said, await for Michelle Yeoh's Aunty Ying Nan Vs Key in the near future!
This episode seems like a "soft reboot" for the MCU, it must be the way to include the Mutants, Fantastic Four, Deadpool...
dude... this is actually a good theory... universes collapsing with eachother? i mean thats a thing in marvel.
This was like the Sopranos series finale. I started checking my tablet and internet.😄 Show blows my mind.
Your shirt!! Love it, it’s the guy from the Mannequin movie!!! Wow that brings back memories
My poor brain! 😭😭😭😭Those sound effects after they got squished 😬😬😬😬
"It tips them apart into million different pieces that get scattered throughout time...."
Have you been watching Clara the Impossible Girl episodes again?
I think this is were all of the marvel universes combined. X-Man, Bladed, a single Wanda
Also, 42 the ultimate answer
Spaghettification for the win!!!
The loom exploding only means one thing: What If season 2 is coming!!!
Is it just me or did they give a nod to a Back To The Future scene where O.B. was showing the group a scale model and apologizing that the model was not to scale like Doc Brown was showing Marty the scale of the Downtown Hill Valley and apologizing to Marty that the model of the city was not to scale.
Yes. It was 100% a Back to the Future reference. We said the same thing.
Yo Renslayer is cold blooded
So, if the magic dampeners stopped working once the system was rebooted, would that mean the infinity stones that were used as paper weights would've also worked at that moment? Being a Loki-variant Sylvie is a pathological narcissist without Loki's self-understanding, however, Renslayer is a psychopath.
