A really big thank you for the video. While I understand the complaints that the video is too long, I actually am grateful for it. You see, I just got a new hand mixer today and I was clueless on how to use it even though I read the intruction manual. Thank the heavens that Philips and Elba have quite the similar design. I do love the song choice for this video, it got me tapping my feet and heat to the beat. Please do not get discouraged by all the negative comments, for there are some people(incliding me) who had received the help they needed. 😊

Just asking, but the instruction manual said to not use it for more than ten minutes each time. Do you follow this? Or is it alright to bend the rules a bit?
Thank you so much for your query. It's better not to use more than 10 minutes at a time because of the heat produced by the motor (prolong continues use may burn the internal wiring because of heat). Hope this will help. Best regards
people who are saying hands are faster if you can make dough that fast it's great(I also want to be able to) if you think you can make sure give it a try But this is helpful for people * Have joint pain. *Have a manicure on *are Using hotwater *using eggs in your dough *Who are fussy about clean hands and spend half an hour washing IT( /like me/ )
And for people like myself who have young kids to entertain and feed and thousands of other house jobs to do. My hands are tired enough without kneeing dough for 30 mins and then having to scrub clean the pan too

Hello.I placed my beater in wrong a hole. Now its stucked and I cant pull it. What should I do?? I thought I can insert those two beaters anywhere the holes are :(
This is good for initial dough making process..then once they dough ball is formed..you can knead it by hands to make it smooth..i think it will try it..thanks for the video..

It takes a hell of a time... Philips can try something useful than this time consuming machine.. If it takes so much time to knead a small amount of a flour.. Think about more than this.. If we have guest n you depend on this... For blending it's ok given the result..

I tried this, but the dough would go up the blade and dough gets collected at the top.. What wrong is happening ?
It means the dough hooks are inserted in the wrong way. That causes the hooks to rotate in reverse and move the dough upwards. Hope this helps!
