I really like focusing on habits like lifting, learning, playing music and spending time with my girlfriend. However i used to absolutely love being extremely social mostly under the influence alcohol. I’m having trouble understanding myself good enough to know What i want in terms of alcohol use and being social. One part of me wants to Cut out alcohol, the other part of me wants to use alcohol as a lubricant and a gateway to important experiences. But when i do use alcohol, it is often in a large quantity and i find myself depriotizing things that are really important to me. Do you have any personal experience with this subject or any tips for me? I know Its a lot to throw on to you. I want to make clear that Im okay and Im doing good. I just want to throw this out there because you really wake something good within me, Maybe you have something useful to say about this. If not, Im going to keep watching;)
Man, that’s a good question. I’m sober, so it’s not even a choice for me because I like to wake up and run, and alcohol just doesn’t help with that. There are other reasons too, but I think it’s about finding what works for you, as long as it isn’t affecting your goals. Personally, I just grab a lime and soda-it’s like 40p-and I still enjoy myself, getting lost in the music . Good luck, and thank you for watching!
hey james i just wanted to ask you abt somthing men i have a gf and we're both in highschool it's a serious year which means i have to study alooot first i was suffering i really don't have discipline so i followed your 7 rules nd it helps alot i started to have a day like you run study lift , i injured myself sadly i can't train but i'm still runing anw the problem is i'm fighting a loot with my gf for over a month now like i'm heartbroken men idk what to do sometimes i let my emotions control me and i don't even study for two days can you make a video pls about how u can study while having a gf (long distance) or myb u can help me with some advices thank u smm broo your reaally an inspiration
be proud of what you are doing and just take it day by day , I try to journal and channel my emotions on to paper or workouts or even singing it out , its not easy I struggle with similar problems. I hope that helps
