You can take snippets of any player and make a negative assessment. She plays her role offensively and defensively with grit. She’s highly skilled and tough. She creates offensively and will defend. Last i checked soccer is a physical game with tackling.

American here, and love the USWNT. Not a hater of Rodman, but she has no business being on the international team. She does not have the mindset for the top of the game. She’s lazy, gives up when things don’t go her way, and then acts out with immature and stupid fouls when things get tough. She’s a liability to the team, not an asset. Would love to see her be great. But she just doesn’t have the right mindset for it.

If soccer was mixed you d have the guys getting fouls a lot...I love her feistiness. It's typical of lots of European league players. This is a player you don't want on your team. She's going to concede free kicks, a lot of them in dangerous areas on the pitch, pick up yellow cards and reds, leaving her team a player short. She may get highlight videos on social media for her petulant play, but she can't be trusted by her coaches and teammates to be disciplined through a 90 minute match. She is a liability.
