First saw her in a U-20 CONCACAF tournament where she scored 9 goals in in four games plus a boatload of assists. In the final against Mexico, Mexico scored first then she scored the equalizer. She also scored the final goal of the US’s four in a 4-1 victory. The last goal scored convinced me she would be successful at the next level. She warded off three Mexican defenders, the last of whom was literally hanging on her shoulder. She is strong, fast, smart, skilled and physically and mentally tough.
She surely did….. As I was and always glued on the Olympics, Trinity and the entire women soccer team were truly IMPRESSIVE. It was more impressive as an Chicagoian and familiar with the Rodman name, Trinity is dangerously (good) impressive….. The US wouldn’t be as successful as they were in 2024 without her and several other members.
