You can actually climb Chiang Dao but we were never there in the right season for it. It's meant to be quite challenging

Fun stuff - I stayed at the Nest and saw Chiang Dao in 2017. Tremendous part of Thailand! Fun little bar down the road with a drum set in the corner run by a woman named Bupha. Hope she's surviving this mess. Keep living the dream Sir - cheers!

I just read your blog about these places and wish you will make video on TH-cam. Yeah!!! my wish comes true. These places are so peaceful and beautiful. Foods look so delicious. I think you guys love and can handle spicy like (almost) Thais. (I am Thai but can not handle Thai spicy. :p)

As usual thai food portion sizes good for children.
When you spend on food in Thailand do not forget to multiple a few times a dish cost to get normal western food size.
Then you really know how "cheap" food in Thailand.

We have never had an issue with the food portions here. If they're too small then what's another dollar?
