Thanks for sharing. So much to learn from your videos. Weirdly enough when I scroll down the F8 Function doesn't stop and continues to be active. Happy days for me

Thanks, Gasper: as mentioned before (namebox) all of this was new to me.
Having said that: this would be more useful if F8 and SHIFT+F8 were swapped, I think. Having to press 2 keys repeatedly is too cumbersome…
I'll stick to the CTRL+ Left Mouse Key for multi-select - I think that is less cumbersome.
    Thanks for the video!

Hi. I also have the Elgato Stream Deck but don't use it for a single thing within Excel. I guess it's because I have it slightly away from the keyboard so it doesn't get involved into the Excel work process. I so use it for every meeting, Webinar and video recording.

@@ExcelOlympics My Stream Deck XL is right by the hand opposite my mouse, so right at my finger tips.
I have profiles for all Office apps, and also an extensive one for Excel (several subfolders).
The advantage is that you don’t have to remember all the shortcuts you use ALL the time.
Also, I am/was not a big fan at all of those lengthy key sequences (ALT, D, L, TAB, L, TAB, but to name one) that many YT-channels emphasise a lot, because it makes the explanation very tedious, and my endusers don’t like them AT ALL (extra buttons on the QAT OTOH…). But now, when I come across a useful key sequence that I fancy using often, I’ll configure it on my Stream Deck. And when I explain something to some enduser who comes to me with a problem (after others, from the IT department no less, have failed *sigh*) they can’t believe how fast I can do things. :-)
E.g.: performing the “Power Query Fill Down” function in Excel Classic, for me it’s just: select the range and press 1 button on my Stream Deck. After that, if they so desire (and after they picked their jaws up from the floor :-), I can explain it in slow motion (F5, Special,…).
Even “copy” and “Paste Values (Only)” are buttons: that way, using in combo with the mouse, I don’t even touch my keyboard.
And so much more… I highly recommend it. :-)

I see I'm going to have to rearrange my workspace to bring the StreamDeck closer to the keyboard 😀

Is this excel 365? Actually before like from 2016, I use shift +f8 to select cells. But it is now not working in 365 idk why 😅
