  • Here we have a Gooseneck Die Block that is used to punch the leg of channel or I-beam. The legs of the channel are able to fit above and below the die block, due to the dies long neck and gap underneath. This makes punching channel much easier and very simple.
The die we have is a F55 Offset Hexagon Bevel Serrated Die or a Sawtooth Top Die. Sawtooth dies are recommended where there is a tendancy for the material to slip during punching. The serrated top surface will grab the material more securely.
The bevel is at a 9.3º slant in order to keep the channel flat and flush againtst the die.
To order, call us at 330-296-4342, or send an email to sales@clevelandpunch.com
