You right I'm putting a CS racing exhaust manifold on trying to install without removing the radiator little harder take longer but it's much easier when you take the radiator off.
Easiest way to do the front is put it all together with the stay off the bike. I've tried many different ways and that's been the easiest I've found. Cheers
@Mike's Buildz Great effort, but the front brake line is routed incorrectly. Also, the bolts for the front calipers are one-time use only. Regarding the coolant, it's essential to replace it with the same colour unless you flush it through a few cycles with distilled water due to the various additives. Lastly, unless you've used a meter to test the wheel and disk, that front wheel likely has a ding due to the impact from the forks, i.e., ripple effect. P.s. Don't forget to grease the headstock bearings. I'm looking forward to the updates. Keep up the great work!
Yes. Front brake line will be rerouted. Bolts for the calipers are not one time use only. The coolant was drained and system was flushed. Also the coolant I use is universal, safe for aluminum radiators and I use it in all my bikes, never had any issues with it. I use a dial indicator to measure run out, same as my previous build videos. If you look closely when i reinstalled the lower triple tree, there was new grease applied (red grease). Stay tuned for more 🫡
My dream bike can’t wait to watch this build by you 💪🏾
It will be restored! stay tuned.

Oh yes! Ive had to learn that the hard way. It helps a lot to just unsecure the rad and gain that extra wiggle room.
Love to see the original sportbike get brought back to life!
I definitely agree. I enjoyed your triumph build videos!
