Absolutely loved my GT125. 1976 same colour as in the video. As with all of my 1970's bikes, just wish I had kept them. Cheers for a lovely nostalgic look back.
Had a few bikes at the time 1976 including a Kawasaki 900 I took a 1975 GT125 in px for a Suz T500M and it really is the most fun bike to own. Worked with prop planes at the local airport and thrashed this little bike on the country roads going to work, bouncing it off the 10K redline. Fuel consumption wax just 40mpg but the best fun bike I have owned. Used free AVGAS and had to clean plugs every 2000 miles cos of high lead in fuel, but more real fun than my big bikes and less chance of killing yourself.
Hi Robert, I´m just starting to restore my 1974 GT 125 which was a gift more than 25 years ago. Do you have a source whre to get spareparts? Cheers! Rainer
