Hi, Before 5 months the same problem happend to me, there is no load in Random Response in Abaqus so your load should Transform it to mass not load.. Either point mass inertia from Interaction step Or 3D shape mass add it on your structure

Add mass instead of load from Interaction >> special>>mass inertia
