@@Krystalmyth the first dlc mission is kind of like this one. giant furball of enemy fighters, stopping bombers/attackers from reaching the objective. its not a carbon copy but it does sort of resemble it.
There are a few missions like it in AC7 but the whole drone thing makes it just a tad less immersive. The only radio messages you hear are from your side. I think the closest mission has to be the giant dog fight near the elevator.

One of the other ramp agents regularly brings a PS4 and plays COD between flights (which could be three hours for an individual ramp agent.) I wonder what would happen if I took my PS2 and started playing this.
Even though the Usean Continental War began in the early 2000s and ended in the mid 2000s Almost all of the soundtracks, sound very mid to late 20th century. Very 80s Synth and Rock, some 90s electronic and even WW2 era style classical orchestra.

Oh, this was one of the _funnest_ missions in the series. Just non-stop, pure dogfighting.
This was like that super rad racing level in a typical 2000s adventure game.
