I had the continuous hose connected and that was work good but now it just fills the but the hose is still connected but now the bucket fills with water do you know how to trouble shoot this?

Make sure the hose is lower than where it screws into the dehumidifier. If it's higher it will back flow into the dehumidifier. Second: If it's a garden hose you can take it off and connect it to an outside faucet and run water though it. This should let you know if there is a clog and push out anything that might cause a clog.

How does the gravity drain work? I have the hise hooked up but mine keeps filling up and turning off.

Make sure all parts of the hose are lower than the location it screws into. If the hose or the end of the hose is higher, it will not drain. I'm using a garden hose.

Whenever it rains here the humidity goes up in my basement a good amount. 70 would feel horrible. Thanks for watching!
