일하며 이곳저곳 겪어보며 느낀 게.... 대구에선 그나마 맛있었던게....
계란후라이, 삼겹살, 삼계탕이었음.
폼나게 만든 퓨전 레스토랑 음식도 괜찮긴 했지만.... 감동 줄 정돈 아녔고.
반면 전라도 군산 갔다가 진심 충격.
늘 먹던 익숙한 반찬 하나하나가 미쳤더라고. 나물 싫어하던 내가 나물접시 전부 완뽕.
아... 이래서 전라도가 음식음식하는 건가 싶더라는.
뭐 암튼 오래전 얘기.

That Korean version of raw beef looked great! There's a Lebanese version called kibbeh nayyeh. It's seasoned raw lamb served with olive oil, raw onion and pita bread. Delicious!

Try shaving cream to get rid of stains! Kimchi stains always get on my white clothes but before you wash it for the first time, scrub the spot with foaming shaving cream and rinse and repeat until it disappears! Once it does disappear wash it in the washing machine normally and it'll be clean! It takes a few rounds of shaving cream and scrubbing but it's worth it! Especially cause it gets rid of all stains from korean food!!

What the hell do they put on Korean food?! Dave's been there for over 10 years and his reaction is still of somebody overwhelmed by how delicious it is! I've seen this reaction from virtually any person who eats it, regardless of whether they've been to Korea or not.
I might never be able to try it myself (as much as eating Korean chicken seems like a life-changing experience) but it's kinda interesting to know such food exists 😁
