It's really hard to explain it in a video because it all depends how your player runs towards the ball. You just need to get very very lucky to perform it.
TomnavGaming chest flick is just flicking the ball up while juggling and then holding L3 pressed and pressing R3 continiously..... while holding L2. sounds hard but you could say its just pressing two sticks after juggling. Also im so bad at skilling but this trick is one of the easiest for me like the rabona fake

You can also do the rabona without, but I feel with R1/RB you can controll the shot more. You need to press R1/RB for all the other ones btw otherwise it won't work

The animation is the same, but you can use lt/l2 and the shoot button instead of the pass button. That way you dont mess up the aim when shooting. Try beating the keeper in the arena, and compare fancy shots vs fancy passes towards goal :)
